Our Personal Note

This is one of our favorite soupy dishes because it is easy to prepare and tastes so good. All you need is a whole head of garlic (or two), 1kg of pork ribs (we like using pork loin ribs - ลพebra od peฤenฤ›) and 1500ml of water.
