Japanese food and culture festival in very relaxed urban setting. A modern take on Spring Matsuri, with good music, chilled atmosphere and plenty of food options.

The colder May weather did prevent our visitors having a good time, choosing stickers and Fuji erasers while enjoying a cup of coffee.

If you are an otaku or cosplayer and you haven't taken part in Animefest then you are missing out. An amazing event, vibrant costumes, great atmosphere and cool food. A three-day marathon of fun. The costumes were amazing!
