Packing & Shipping
We are committed to dispatching your items within 2 business days once the payment is made and confirmed. We will do our best to ship immediately the next day, but the exact shipping time may vary depending on the time of your order.
- If the order is placed on a Friday, or during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be dispatched or ready for pick-up on the following business day (e.g. Monday).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to stay updated on the progress of your delivery and estimate the expected arrival time.
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or seasonal spikes may cause slight delays. Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to minimize any potential disruptions.
We take great care in packaging your products with the utmost attention to detail and provide extra protection to safeguard them during transit. Fragile items are handled with extra caution and are wrapped in protective materials such as bubble wrap or foam to prevent any breakage or damage.
