Adabi Fried Rice Vermicelli Paste 120 g

The paste goes really well with sweeter vegetables: carrots, young cabbage and spring onions. If you don’t require Halal add thinly sliced lean pork. “Veprova kotleta” works well.

To have more control over how individual ingredients are cooked we prefer to stir-fry the meat and vegetables separately before frying with the noodles and paste. When frying separately we add only light seasoning (salt, soy sauce) as the paste will take care of the rest.

The final dish has noticeable heat that will warm up your tongue and mouth, but won’t travel down your throat. You can balance the heat by adding more veggies or noodles.  

A chilled glass of light wine will complement the dish nicely - for example a rosé frizzante!
