Claims

When can I submit a claim?

Imperfect world strikes again? Let's fix it together quickly!

Here are common situations when you can submit a claim:

  • You received damaged or defective goods
  • You received an incomplete order
  • The goods start to exhibit a defect within the warranty period

How do I submit a claim?

  1. Fill in the Claims Form
  2. Take photos of the goods. Focus on the damage, packaging and any protective labels present (e.g. FRAGILE)
  3. Email the form and photos to customers@sinaran.cz
  4. We'll send you instructions for returning the goods. If you receive no response in 3 days please give us a call.
  5. Ship the goods back to us. Pack the return shipment properly to avoid further damage. Take photos before sending.
  6. We'll be in contact with you when we inspect the goods and resolve the claim.

When can I return a product?

Goods are fine but you've changed your mind?

  • As a consumer you have a right to return a purchase within 14 days after you received the goods
  • The goods must be in original condition: new, unused, unopened and before expiry date

How can I ship the goods back?

  • We can arrange a return shipment for you with Zasilkovna. (~50 CZK). We will subtract the fee from the refund. You'll receive a return code that you present to Zasilkovna staff when dropping off the goods - no need to print label. This is our preferrred option.
  • You can however also arrange your own shipment to our address at your own expense.
  • Please remember the choice is yours but you bear the return shipment cost

How do I submit a return request?

  1. Fill in the Returns Form
  2. Decide how you want to ship the goods back to us. Our preferred option is to arrange a return shipment for you with Zasilkovna.
  3. Email the form to customers@sinaran.cz.
  4. Wait for the instructions to send the goods. If you receive no response in 3 days please give us a call.
  5. Ship the goods back to us. Pack the return shipment properly to avoid damage to the goods. Take photos before sending.
  6. We'll be in contact with you after we receive the goods and resolve your request.
